CANCELLATION POLICY
In consideration of our hard-working employees, we require a credit card to book and hold your appointment. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We also require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged in full for the booked service. Thank you in advance for respecting our policy. If you are running late, every effort will be made to deliver your service. However, appointments may need to be rescheduled or shortened to serve the next Estetica guest.
SERVICE POLICY
Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within seven days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
Return Policy
For product exchange, no returns on makeup. Gift cards are final sale.
