Cancellation Policy

Out of consideration for other guests and our team members, if you need to cancel your appointment please do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled service.
Please know that when you schedule an appointment, we have reserved that time just for you. A credit card kept on file is required to secure any reservations over a $100.

We understand that unavoidable circumstances may arise and should you need to cancel, we require a 48 hour notice in advance or full cost of the service will be charged to the card kept on file.
